My company has engaged Mohan for report customization in the Forwarding, Accounting and Job Costing areas of CargoWise One. We were introduced to him about two years ago by another CW user within our HTFN network of agents.  Mohan has been a good partner and provider in this specific area.

I cannot begin to tell you just how easy Mohan Dipsingh made this process for me!!  His extensive knowledge and experience were key to helping us understand CargoWise. He has extended himself far beyond what he is expected to do, and without his continued support, I am not sure that we would be as comfortable with the system as we are!!  So very glad that Mohan was available when we began training and went "live".  He is a valuable asset to CargoWise and whoever he works with in the future!  I would and have recommended his services to other companies pondering CargoWise!!

Mohan has been an excellent teacher and resource during this process.  It was especially overwhelming when we realized we would not be able to have him in person at our office during the COVID quarantine. We actually enjoyed the remote training and appreciated the added time we had online to ask questions and get his guidance on issues as they came up. 

Mohan’s training skills allowed us to prepare our team to upgrade to a system that offers so much more in the way of automating, reporting, and ease of support than we could have expected.  We look forward to continuing our journey and becoming fully integrated.

We had retained Positive Plus Computer for support and training during transition. Mohan’s weekly courses for employees were comprehensive and informative. He was very prompt and helpful with our teams’ questions throughout the day and night. All together Positive Plus Computer made this transition far smoother than I had originally anticipated.
