Training & Business Consulting
Training is an integral part of the CargoWise solution. We have worked - and will continue to work hard to ensure operator skills in ediEnterprise are highly prized, easy to acquire and easy to verify (accreditation).
Face-to-face training
CargoWise can offer highly skilled product consultants for both face-to-face or web based training. Our training sessions can be tailored for end user training or 'train-the-trainer' courses to enable customers to manage their own ongoing training needs. Our Clients also have to option of onsite training at a CargoWise Office (Chicago and Sydney only) which have well equipped training rooms providing an ideal opportunity to get key staff members out of their operational environment to concentrate on training without distractions or interruptions.
Online Learning Center
A team of 20 ediEnterprise Consultants have put in over seven thousand hours to create the Online Learning Center - an online training and accreditation system that is available to customers and their employees at no charge.
The Online Learning Center contains over 30 job skills. Each job skill incorporates detailed functional User Guide's relevant to the particular skill which are based on our onsite training session plans. A person can use these online guides to take lessons whilst working on the product either at home or from any internet connected PC. Accreditation exams are available for each job skill which can be used to assess the student's competency.
Results are received instantly via email upon completion of the examination and students will receive a certificate when they complete all exams which make up a particular job skill.
Access to the Online Learning Center is from within the ediEnterprise application or you can request access via the My-Account function.
