Training


Training is an integral part of the CargoWise edi solution. We have worked - and will continue to work hard to ensure operator skills in ediEnterprise are highly prized, easy to acquire and easy to verify (certification).

Comprehensive Training Collateral
Comprehensive web and email-based training resources are included free of charge.

Face-to-face training
CargoWise edi can offer highly skilled trainers both face-to-face and 'train-the-trainer' courses to enable customers to manage their own training plans.

On-Line Help Facilities
Our comprehensive suite of on-line help facilities include:

  • Traditional 'Help Function' that describes the product and its capabilities.

  • Procedural help or 'HOW TO' help that explains an entire business process.

  • Self-paced user driven training guide - in which a person can take lessons whilst working on the product or at home from any internet connected PC.

  • Classroom training guides aimed at internal training departments to allow them to run courses and train themselves and their staff.

Access to the online training documentation is via the My-Account function. Login access can be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Centre.
