Due to the success of the initial implementation phase of CargoWise edi’s ediEnterprise solution, the company now plans a major initiative to implement the global system into its China office in the near future in order to further streamline processes between its global offices. CargoWise edi Certified as ABI Vendor with U.S. Customs & Border Protection. After integrating the necessary CBP messaging capabilities for combined International Freight Forwarders and Customs House Brokers into ediEnterprise, CargoWise edi successfully completed the intensive testing and qualification with the CBP Automated Commercial System (ACS). CargoWise edi is now approved for the following levels of ABI operations: ABI (Import Customs House Broker), MQ-SV (MQ/Frame enabled ABI software vendor) and QP/WP (In-bond messaging services). CargoWise edi will present Ms Anlly Li with her Student of the Year award at the CBFCA National Conference to be held at Queenstown New Zealand in October 2007 and as part of her award prize, CargoWise edi will be flying Anlly from Perth to Queenstown for her to receive her Award.

The winners were announced by Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, The Hon. Daryl Williams at The Sheraton on the Park, Sydney, 27th April. Now in their fifth year the Awards are designed to recognize excellence in software design.

In a move designed to increase supply chain efficiencies for Australia's international trade community, 1-STOP Connections Pty Ltd (1-STOP) will provide edi with vessel schedule information that will integrate directly into edi's software systems, Deliverance and ediEnterprise.
