Macros for Workflow Notification Email

Rating Charge Line Notes
Free text Notes can now be added to charge lines in Company Tariffs, Quotations, Client Rates and Costing. This will allow users to add and access free text internal or public comments for each of the charge/rate lines in rating tables. Notes will pull through to the Auto Rate Log and Quick Reference grids. Public Notes are also included into the Rating XML, and will be printed on all Pricing Documents and be visible on Web Tracker documents.  MORE>

Trigger Action to Set Values on Fields
ediWorkflowManager now includes new trigger action to set a value on a field. This allows automatic completion of a nominated field on a form based on workflow milestone or trigger completion. MORE >
