Candidates should demonstrate practical experience and a theoretical understanding of true object oriented software development and design principles. Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in the development of commercial software using .Net, C# (or expertise in another OO language and a willingness to move to C#) with Windows n-tier application design and MS SQL Server for minimum of 2 years
- Clear knowledge of C#/C++/Delphi/Java OO development tools and languages
- Experience in developing client software with rich interactive UI
- At least 2 years experience in technical or team leading skills
- Demonstrate outstanding results in previous projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Be flexible and creative with exceptional problem solving skills
- Good written and spoken English
Your role will include:
- Lead the team to create revolutionary and innovative software designs to meet business needs
- Development, sourcing, managing and distributing data content for software applications
- Ensure the integrity of component designs through all phases of development
- Daily communications with development teams in USA and Australia
- Possible development projects worldwide
