Customer Service Operator - Sydney
If you know the freight forwarding or customs industry inside out and love helping people, then this may be your dream job.

transport and logistics companies based in Alexandria.
We’re looking for a superstar to join our already established Customer Service Team on our Help Desk
- You’ll be a team player and have excellent communication skills and love problem solving
- You must have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- We’ll provide you with full and on-going training
- This position is a great role working with an excellent team of people
If you have experience in the freight forwarding or customs industry, and a love of helping people,
this position will suit you down to the ground.
- Preference will be given to applicants with ediEnterprise experience
- Who are customer service oriented
- With a minimum of 2 years experience in a freight or customs organisation
- Have a proven track record in problem solving and showing initiative
